For the first time in 805 Lacrosse history, we will be fielding an official high school team for the 2018 spring season. The 805 High School team will be competing in the Pacific Lacrosse League, with teams in Bakersfield, Camarillo, Santa Clarita, and throughout much of Southern California. Boys attending any high school in San Luis Obispo County are eligible to compete.

All high school boys are eligible; however, playing time will be determined by those players most dedicated and capable. All high school players will practice as a single team, but we are anticipating fielding both a varsity and JV squad as long as we have enough players to field two full teams. The schedule is still being determined, but games will likely begin in late February or early March and run through late May.
Practice times will be determined. Practices will likely be held twice per week beginning in January, with practices being held in San Luis Obispo in order to enable players from across SLO County to participate and practice in a central location.
Registration costs for the 2018 high school season are expected to be approximately $300. Registration fees will go toward league fees, referee costs, field rentals, and goals and other necessary equipment. In addition to the 805 Lacrosse registration fees, all players must be current members of US Lacrosse (US Lacrosse) and provide all of their own lacrosse equipment, as well as cover any costs associated with traveling to away games.
An informational meeting was held on January 3rd for all prospective players and their parents and more information from that meeting can be found here: http://www.805lax.club/News/Id/33660
